This course will be focused on the unity of the West-Eastern mystical experience and method. We will learn some basic practices from the Buddhist and Christian traditions and we will be guided by some short texts of Zen masters and Christian mystics. The core intention of this course is to introduce you to the unfathomable dimension of the divine presence, which lives in all of us.
